David Goodtree is Co-Organizer of the Symposium on Water Innovation in Massachusetts. The idea of convening the Massachusetts water industry for the first time ever grew out of Governor Deval Patrick’s Trade Mission to Israel, which David joined as a participant and planner. Before shifting to full-time volunteer activities in 2000- working with non-profits and with the Massachusetts government to help grow the economy, David was VP of Marketing with Akamai Technologies from the company’s pre-commercial launch through IPO, and previously served as Group Director of Forrester Research.
